内容記述 | This research aim is to investigate the water quality and the drug resistant microorganisms in the Nabari river to understand the environmental fate. The sampling site was selected, and the water sample was collected during August 2017 to December 2017 for twice a month. From the investigation results, it was confirmed that concentration in the water of Escherichia coli by measuring Chromocult agar medium was increased with the downstream. Meanwhile, result of detecting the drug resistant microorganisms, about 80% was detected. However, further examination is required because the number of trial to detect the drug resistant microorganisms are few. Since the spread of the drug resistant microorganisms to the water distribution are concerned in the world wide, it might be required that the countermeasure technology of the drug resistant microorganisms is investigated in the future. | |||||||||
