| 内容記述 | Increasing in vacant houses caused by the declining population is a social problem in Japan. The population reached 83,291 in 2000，after that they has been declining in Nabari City，Mie Prefecture. And now, there are 4,200 vacant detached houses by the report. However, according to the result of the census, the number of households in 2015 is increasing compared to 2000 in Nabari city. The reason why secondhand detached houses can't be sold is simply to refurbish interior finishing materials and equipment for water section (kitchen，toilet and bathroom). They don't change the floor plan to suit the contemporary lifestyle. Kindai University Technical College's students tried the competition of renovation (to change the plan，shape and wooden framework). The secondhand vacant detached house was accommodated Long Term High Quality Housing to match the recent needs. The winning proposal has been designed and constructed through the local building companies, and the completed work will be sold. The project has been confirmed raising students' motivation of architectural design, and by collaborating with the local building companies，it leads to an improvement in the image of the whole architecture. | |||||||||
