 note = {[概要]昨今の社会経済的環境の変化は，迅速かつダイナミックなものとなりつつある。そのようななかで，企業の発展をいかにして実現するのかという点は，きわめて重要な課題のひとつである。この課題に早くから取り組んできたのが，ドイツやスイスで活躍してきた経営学者ブライヒャー（Bleicher, K.）である。本稿では，ブライヒャーの学説の全体像を統合的マネジメント構想という彼が提示した枠組を軸に検討し，その意義や可能性について明らかにする。
[Abstract] The aim of this paper is to discuss the importance of business leadership (Unternehmungsfuhrung) for the realization of the corporate development (Unternehmungsentwicklung). Knut Bleicher’s concept of the integrated management (Das Konzept integriertes Management) is an optimal framework to address this theme. So, we argue this concept with Bleicher’s theoretical totality.
