| 内容記述 | The object of this study is to consider the best interests of the child in early childfood care and education. The Child Welfare Act was amended in 2016，which was enacted in 1947. This revision clarified the right of child and the best interests of the child as basic philosophy of Child Welfare Act. This philosophy has to be taken in all actions concerning children，whether undertaken by public or private social welfare，courts of law，administrative authorities or legislative bodies.In 2016，three guidelines were revised，which are guidelines for child education of kindergarten and nursery of day care center，and collaboration of kindergarten and cay care center. Following the revised Child Welfare Act，the notion of the right of child and the best interests of the child should be clarified in these guidelines and ensured in education，social welfare and other fields concerning children.In this paper，I analyze the contents of revised three guidelines from the point of view of the concept of the best interests of the child，which are based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child.And I specity subjects as to the best interests of the child in an infant care and education for a future study. | |||||||||
