 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：球形嚢の機能評価として前庭誘発筋電図（VEMP）を用いて検討した。感音難聴の程度とVEMPの異常とに関連は認めなかった。しかし、耳の違和感を訴える場合にVEMPの異常を認めるものが多かった。このことからヒトにおいて球形嚢は聴力に影響をおよぼさないが、聴覚心理学的な異常感を誘発させる可能性が示唆された。
研究成果の概要（英文）：We evaluated the function of saccule using vestibular evoked myogenic potentioa (VEMP). There was no relation between the degree of sensorineural hearing loss and abnormality of VEMP. However, ther were coleration between the dyscomfort sense of the ear and abnormality of VEMP.
