| 内容記述 | [抄録] 近年、メンタルヘルスに問題を抱える労働者の存在が顕著になってきており、職場におけるメンタルヘルスへの関心も高まっている。また、企業における職務の中、秘書という職務は職務を遂行する上で、心身ともに健康であることが求められる職務であるといわれている。本稿では、秘書という職務に着目し、秘書のメンタルヘルス問題を考えていきたい。まず、職場におけるメンタルヘルスの状況を概観した上で、秘書の職能の特徴を整理し、その特徴とストレスとの関係を考察する。 [Abstract] In recent years, the number of workers who have mental problems increased, so we are interested in mental health in the workplace. And among some functions in the company, being mentally and physically sound is said to be required in the function of a secretary to perform its duty. In this study, which focuses on the function of a secretary, I examine this mental health problem. At first, I clarify the situation of the mental health in the workplace, I make clear some characteristics of the secretarial functions, and consider the relations of the characteristics to the stress. |
