| 内容記述 | [要旨]近年，日本の大学におけるインターンシップの導入は拡大しており，かつ，多様化の傾向にある。また，インターンシップが実施される学年は，就職活動前の3年生が主流である。本稿の目的は，大学入学後早期に行われるインターンシップに対し，大学生が期待するもの，インターンシップ観を明らかにし，早期インターンシップのキャリア教育における意義を示唆するものである。近畿大学経営学部の1年生と2年生を対象に調査した結果，インターンシップを経験する前のインターンシップ観において，「知識習得型」，「将来設計型」，「成長願望型」の3つのタイプが明らかになった。さらに，タイプごとに，1年生と2年生を比較することで，インターンシップに対する期待の違いを明らかにし，早期インターンシップのキャリア教育における重要な要因を検討した。 [Abstract]Currently, it has been expanded the innovation of internship and there is a tendency to diverse in Japan. Also, Internship gives mainly effect to junior in college before job hunting. This study is directed to university freshman and sophomore at the Kindai University. The main purpose of this article is to reveal the awareness survey what one expects about an early internship. The results of analysis revealed that there were three types of a knowledge acquisition, a future planning and a development hoping. Additionally, in each types drew a comparison between university freshman and sophomore, it revealed a difference of what one expects about an early internship and it was entertained the important of factors about an early internship. |
