| 内容記述 | [要旨]本稿では貿易金融取引の中で重要な位置を占める信用状取引に関して以下の4点について論じたい。はじめに信用状取引の特徴について解説する。 2つ目は，国際商業会議所一ICC が1933年に初の信用状統一規則一UCP51 を発効させて以来，6回の改訂を経て,現在のUCP600に至る，信用状取引に関する国際ルールの変遷を振り返りたい。 3つ目は，最近の貿易金融取引に関する新しい動きを，主要取引事例と共に紹介し，その現状と課題を指摘する。最後に，これらの動きを踏まえて，今後の信用状統一規則のあるべき姿を検討したい。 [Abstract] In this paper, I will address four topics regarding letter of credit transactions that occupy a prominent position in finance transactions in the international trade. First, I explain letter of credit transactions in detail. Second, I review the changes made to international rules of letter of credit transactions from when the International Chamber of Commerce first implemented the Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits (UCP51) in 1933 to the present UCP600; six revisions have been made so far. Third, I propose the trends observed in recent trade financial transactions by highlighting certain main cases of dealings, their current states, and corresponding problems. Finally, I discuss the effects of these trends and the true nature of future UCP in terms of trade finance. |
