| 内容記述 | [要旨]本稿の目的は,フォロワーシップ行動を特定化し,それらが労働成果や労働者個人のwell-beingに与える影響力を明らかにすることにある。本稿では,まずフォロワ一およびフォロワーシップを適切に捉えることから始めた。その後,これまでのフォロワーシップ研究から問題点を抽出し,3つの仮説を設定した。そしてこれらの仮説を検証するために,1,000名の組織労働者を対象としてWEB調査を実施したところ,3つのフォロワーシップ行動特性が抽出され,3つの仮説はほぽ支持されることになった。 [Abstract] The purpose of this paper was to clarify how the specified followership behaviors govern the work outcome and/or the individual worker's well-being. The study was started by properly recognizing the followership. After that, three hypotheses were formed based on the problems that were deducted from previous researches on followership. In order to verify the hypotheses, a web survey was conducted with 1,000 workers belonging to organizations. Three characteristics of followership behaviors were extracted from the survey, which could be said to support all three hypotheses. |
