| 内容記述 | [要旨]ニックリッシュの評価については,様々に論じられているが,ザイシャープ(Seinschab,H.)とザンディヒ(Sandig, C.)は,ニックリッシュの60歳の記念論文集「ニックリッシュと彼の著作」(Heinrich Nicklisch und Sein Werk)で,彼の著作に基づいて検討した。本稿は,ほぽ全訳の形で,1951年に出版された,ザイシャープの論文「ニックリッシュ1876-1945年」(Heinrich Nicklisch 1876-1945)と,1976年に出版されたザンディヒの論文「ニックリッシュ生誕100年彼の著作とその現代的意義」(Heinrich Nicklisch-100 Jahre,Sein Werk und dessen heutige Bedeutung)について検討する。彼らの論文は,ニックリッシュが経営における人間を経営経済学の中心テーマにしたことを高く評価する。特に,ザンディヒとザイシャープの論文は,ニックリッシュの主張の根拠を彼の文献に基づいて,論証したものである。この論証のスタイルは,今日でも,基本的なものとして踏襲されている。 [Abstract] Nicklisch's works had been discussed by many writers. But Sandig, C. and Seinschab, H. pointed his good approaches by studding about his works. This paper studies Seinschab's writing, which had the title "Heinrich Nicklisch 1876-1945", (in.Betriebswirtschaft 1951) and Sandig's writing, which had the title "Heinrich Nicklisch 100 Jahre, Sein Werk und dessen heutige Bedeutung”,in English, "the centenary of the birth of Nicklisch - his works and todays' message",(in.Betriebswirtschaft 1976).I transformed these papers by Japanese. Sandig and Seinschab pointed that Nichlisch focused on human in the business, which is one of the most important theme, made by business economy theory. So their still of approaches is now orthodox. |
