| 内容記述 | [要旨]本研究は、保育士養成における基礎教育を戦後の新制高等学校において行っていた高等学校保育科の制度と思想を、その成立過程に焦点を当てて分析するものである。高等学校保育科は、全国に1983年までに49校設置されたが、本研究では三重県立亀山高等学校の事例を中心に分析する。さらに、その分析を通して保育者の専門的資質を高め社会的地位を向上し、専門職としての保育者を確立する方策を探ることを目的とする。その方策のーつとして「長期的・継続的な専門的訓練」の必要性に着目した保育者養成制度を検討し、制度的実現を模索するとともに、その制度的意義を考察する。 [Abstract]This study aims to eliminate the separation of the training system and the employment system of Childcare person. and to look for a training method of high-quality childcare. And l suggest the training system of childcare person of five years. Focused to analyze the establishment process of the system and the spirit of the high school childcare Department to demonstrate the validity of this proposal. The image of the girls' education, which is required for its age, comprehensively analyzed by focusing on the pre-war and post-war continuity High school childcare Department has been set up 49 Schools in 1983 across the country. In the present study to analyze A Case Study of Mie prefectural Kameyama High school. |
