Among the tested vegetables, Manganji pepper, Takagamine pepper and kohirabi had the high elastase inhibitory activity although high hyaluronidase and collagenase inhibitory activities were not detected.Manganji and Takagamine peppers are classified into the same genus (Capsicum).
