 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：特定の課題の反復経験によって課題の遂行効率は上昇するが，これは課題遂行に有用な手掛かりの潜在学習によって説明される。本研究では，課題遂行に対する構えが潜在学習の生起に及ぼす影響について検討した。課題遂行時の能動的構えは潜在学習の生起を促すこと，課題遂行に伴って構築される内発的構えは課題要求に応じて異なり，潜在学習の様態に影響することが明らかになった。以上のことは，学習者の構えが潜在学習メカニズムのもつ適応的柔軟性の一因である可能性を示唆する。
研究成果の概要（英文）：It is known that performance in a particular task is facilitated by repeated experiences. This facilitation effect is generally explained by implicit learning. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of participants’ set for the task on implicit learning.
