 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究では、日本の伝統産業の一つである陶磁器業の産業集積地を事例として、伝統産業と有機的に関連するサービス業や観光業を包摂しながら地域発展を目指すセクター連結型企業家について経営学的分析を加えた。佐賀県有田町では、隣接する市町村のメンバーと共同で業界団体を結成し、佐賀県や有田町の地方自治体と共同で地域産業の発展を目指した。1970年代以降には産業振興を目指す企業家が多数登場し、産業を中核とした芸術・教育・観光を付加した新しいまちづくりが進められた。現在、有田町において大学誘致と観光まちづくりを軸とする地域再生事業が進められている現状について経営学的方法に基づいて検証を行った。
研究成果の概要（英文）：　On this research, we analyze the porcelain industiral area and the sector connection type entrepreneur aiming for the regional development through not only pottery industry, but also service industry and sightseeing industry. After the war, Arita potters formed industrial associations with neighbors, and they aimed for the development of the local industry joinly with the government of Saga prefecture and Arita town. The regional entrepreneur aiming at an industrial development appeared a lot after 1970 's, and constructed the new community town of art, education and sightseeing in the Arita porcelain area.
