 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究では、金融市場の不安定性を抑え、財政運営が持続的に可能となるための政策を提示することを目的とし、理論・実証研究を行った。その結果、財政の黄金律（建設国債の原則に相当）を基礎とした財政ルールを導入することで、社会的に見て望ましい経済状態を実現できることが示された。また、データを用いた分析によって、財政の黄金律の有効性であった時期の日本、イギリス、ドイツなどでは最適均衡に近い経済状態が実現していたことが示唆された。
研究成果の概要（英文）：This study analyzes fiscal sustainability and stability of financial markets. The theoretical analysis shows that the golden rule of public finance enables actualizing the first-best equilibrium. A criteria to evaluate the dynamic efficiency of public investment is also provided.
