These devices are mainly composed of the spring, damper and actuator. This paper proposes another new simpler method to insulate the impact disturbance by using the principle of center of percussion. When the plane rigid body is forced impulsively, the instant stationary point must be on the plane rigid body. This instant stationary point is called \"center of percussion\".
