| 内容記述 | "政府からNPO(Nonprofit organization)へのアウトソーシングの目的と意義,そしてその際の課題について整理し,それに基づいてアウトソーシングのための評価を検討した。事業のアウトソーシング化の評価,アウトソーシング先の選定のための評価,アウトソーサーの事業評価の3つの段階の評価について,具体的指標を例示した。また,今後の公益的サービスの提供の方向として,地域を中心にした公民の協働の重要性を指摘した。This article discusses the aim, the significane and the subjects of outsourcing from governments to nonprofit organizations, and evaluation for that. Three evaluations are distinguished and illustrated. These evaluations are (1) evaluation for outsourcing, (2) evaluation for selection of outsourcer, and (3) evaluations of performance. The paper points to importance of collaborations between public and private in the region." | |||||||||
