| 内容記述 | "もとより後入先出法は, ごく少数業種の会計慣行にしかすぎなかった。それが後には多くの企業に広く受け入れられていった。その背景には, 税法が棚卸資産評価方法の一つとして後入先出法を認めたことがある。しかし, その奥には企業が課税に対する不服申し立てをし, 訴訟を起こしたことがあった。この結果, 所得計算に後入先出法を取り入れることになったのである。本稿は訴訟によって, 裁判所が棚卸資産の評価方法を新たに創り出していった事実を明らかにした。TOSHIHIKO MOHRI. Last-in, first-out Inventory Method and Court in America. This paper provides evidence that the courts ceative last-in, first-out methods with lawsuits. Last-in, first-out method was once a conventional accounting in a few firms. But Revenue Act in United States approved retail inventory method and doller value method, on the other hand normal stock method was refused. Moreover conformity rules were relaxed. These facts are associated with lawsuit. I select the four cases and investigate the role of court in development of last-in, first-out methods. The four cases I have selected are normal stock method, retail inventory method, doller value method and conformity rules." | |||||||||
