| 内容記述 | "The work is the first plan that applied for ""Tachikawa-shi new Government building designer choice competition"" done in August, 2005. Tachikawa-shi, Tokyo held proposal competition of two phases of methods in search of five following buildings which realized a basic idea 1-The building as a foothold of citizen's autonomy. 2-The builiding which a citizen participates in it, and is built. 3-The slim building superior in economic rationality. 4-The building to appeal to for a person and gentleness for environment. 5-The beautiful building building the outskirts wait and make it, and to lead. Our suggestion interpreted five basic ideas with three following publicities. 1-Administration service to a citizen. 2-The opportunity that promotes participation to civic autonomous municipal administration. 3-A place for collaboration of a citizen and the administration.
