 note = {研究成果の概要（和文): 本研究は, 観光・レジャー分野に属する日本の第三セクター法人の経営破たん要因について実証的に明らかにしたものである. 分析の結果, 観光第三セクター法人の経営破たんの要因として, (1)観光第三セクター法人の内部ガバナンス・メカニズムの歪み（たとえば民間出資割合と民間出身役員割合の歪み）と (2)補助金交付, 損失補償契約および貸付補助金に内在するソフトな予算制約問題の2点についてとりあげて, 実証的に明らかにした.           研究成果の概要（英文）: This study is an empirical study about the corporate-failure factor of the Japanese mixed enterprises in the field of tourism industry. This empirical study reveals followings: First, skewness of an internal governance mechanism has a corporate-failure factor of the Japanese mixed enterprises in the field of tourism industry.
