| 内容記述 | [Abstract] Providing interesting and educational lessons is very important if students studying a foreign language are to be given the best chance of acquiring that language. There are various reasons for utilizing songs in the EFL classroom and these are discussed in the early segment of this paper. A questionnaire was administered in five first-year university classes aimed at eliciting student attitudes on a variety of issues related to the use of songs, which were used to help facilitate the acquisition of the English language. The results of the questionnaire are discussed in detail. The results of this questionnaire were compared to the results of a prior study done more than a decade earlier to check for any changes in attitudes that may have taken place over the intervening years. | |||||||||
