| 内容記述 | [要約] 本報告は、筆者が南和歌山医療センターこころの相談室で日ごろ活動を行っていることを通じ、総合病院における心理職の在り方の一例を示したものである。精神疾患だけではなく、がん、認知症、肝疾患、糖尿病など、身体的な治療を要する患者もまた精神的な不調を起こす可能性がある。そのため、総合病院において心理職はカウンセリング、心理検査など患者を個別に支援する仕事と、カンファレンスやコンサルテーション・リエゾンのようなチームやスタッフを支援する仕事が出来ると思われる。一方で心理職は法的にもまだ守られたものではなく、医学教育も充分に受けているとは言い難い。身体治療を優先しつつ、治療を阻害する、停滞させる要因が精神面にあると思われる場合が心理職の力が発揮される時である。そのために、病院のニーズを正しく掴みとりその期待に沿えるような順応性を発揮しつつ、専門性を広めるという意識を強く持つ必要があると思われる。 [Abstract] This report shows an example of the state of the clinical psychologist in a general hospital through work in the Minami Wakayama Medical Center counseling room. Not only a psychiatric disorder but the patient who requires physical medical treatment, such as cancer, dementia, liver disease, and diabetes, may cause a mental bad condition. Clinical psychologist conducts counseling, psychological tests, etc. to a patient. Moreover, there are conference, consultation liaison, etc. which support a medical team and a medical staff. On the other hand, legally, the clinical psychologist is not protected.And the clinical psychologist has not fully received medical education, either. Priority is given to a somatic therapy. And when the factor which checks medical treatment or makes it stagnate is in mentality, a clinical psychologist’s power is demonstrated. The needs of a hospital are got to know correctly. It has the adaptability which meets expectation. It is important to demonstrate speciality nature further. | |||||||||||||
