However, if we postulate the newly devised form of noun phrases, we can give a principled explanationto the related problems without revising my previously presented three Quantifier Raising Conditions: Quantifier Number Condition, Quantity Condition, and Inter-quantifier Maximal Projection Category Number Condition.
