| 内容記述 | [Abstract] Fat is an indispensable element, but the excessive accumulation of fat causes various Lifestyle-related diseases. The amount of body fat affects athletes' performances and their health at that time. Therefore a hydrostatic weighing technique was used to get accurate percent body fat. The results show that by knowing their own percent body fat athletes can well understand what weight and condition are best for themselves and get more motivated to maintain their desirable condition. | |||||||||
