| 内容記述 | [Abstract] This study discusses the sport management for the Ultimate Flying disc competitions that university students and I had been jointly setting up and running from 2006 to 2009. For the university students, playing a central part in planning to host a competition is a good opportunity to learn the function for building new human relationships through sports. Additionally, they try to support the popularization and spread of sports, so they can gain some social experiences. As for the playing Ultimate, judges are not necessary because players make judgments by themselves（ i.e. “selfjudge”）. So the management of the Ultimate competitions is easier than that of other sports. I focus on these factors and suggest a reference program for managing a project for sport with university students. 本研究では，2006 年から2009 年までの４年間，学生と共に実施したアルティメットの事業マネジメントを明示する．学生が中心となって事業を行うことは，スポーツをめぐる人と人との関係をうまく創り出す機能を学ぶことができる．また，スポーツの普及とスポーツの生活化を目指すことで，社会的な経験の獲得につながる．セルフジャッジでゲーム管理を行うアルティメットは，他のスポーツよりも比較的容易に大会をマネジメントすることができる．このことに注目し，本研究では，今後の学生による事業マネジメントの参考プログラムとなるよう検討した． | |||||||||
