Especially, three isolates, identified as Bacillus coagulans(No.120 and 132) and Flavobacterium balustinum No.108, produced enzymes containing amylase, protease, lipase and cellulase. Inoculation of these three isolates into food wastes produced a considerable reduction in the compost time and an improvement in the quality of the compost., application/pdf}, pages = {3--15}, title = {食品廃棄物分解菌の分離と分離株を用いたコンポスト}, year = {2003}, yomi = {フジタ, トキオ and スズキ, タカノリ and ヨシオカ, サチコ and キシモト, ノリアキ} }
