The subjects were 98 female nursing students aged in 18.1 ± 0.3 years old, and the national averages (18.0 ± 0.0 years old) as controls. As a result, the instantaneous power was significantly lower than national average. The muscular strength, the muscular endurance, the flexibility, the agility and the cardiovascular endurance werestandard physical fitness levels. As for the self-evaluation, there were many female nursing students to be healthy and confidence of physical fitness.
