内容記述 | In recent days, energy harvesting technology is remarked all over the world. There are many kinds of Energy harvesting, for example, vibration power generation, solar power generation, thermal power generation and electro-magnetic power generation. So we are studying for many kinds of them. Especially thermal electric generation is easy to generate power for its simple construction. And it can be installed into various constructions. Bi-Te Peltier element can generate electric power at gradually low temperature. Then we have focused thermal electric power generation using Peltier element. But generated power is very low under low temperature gradient condition. So we have designed to get much temperature gradient in a small size Pelter element. Heat sync is so helpful for that object. We have clarified the degree of validity of attaching heat sync to the Peltier element. After that, two case of utility ware examined. One is the thermal electric generation using the difference between human body temperature and room temperature, and the other is the thermal electric generation using the difference between the hot water temperature in the bath tub and bath room temperature. In the first case, the generated power was over 170uW and in the second case the generated power was 633.5uW averagely during the day. Those results clarified that the thermal electric generation is useful as the power source of wireless terminal used for sensor network. | |||||||||||||
