| 内容記述 | [Abstract] This article considers the problem of judge selection method of our country. When down a carrier judge system and the judgment which did a judgment which faces to the judicial interior and turned its eyes to the people isn't being done up to now, a judge of our country has been called. From such situation and to make the judiciary the one which became established in a national foundation, Judicial Reform Council opinion document of 2001 has taken out many plans. The one is the establishment of a committee to play the role of securing transparency and objectivity in the judge selection process and achieving accountability to the country. But, is it possible to reflect will of the people, maintaining a carrier judge system? From the pressure from the court inside and outside of the country to a judge and it's considered about this point. | |||||||||
