| 内容記述 | Disabled People had special difficulty in behavior of refuge, moving to the place of safety and living after disaster in Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Disaster. Problems of them are shown about wheelchair peoples, blind peoples, deaf peoples. Damage of them, problems of Information, transportation problems and rescue system are described. It has special importance that rescue and support network must be constructed, not only in disaster but also in usual days. The damage scale depends on the level of town planning for disabled and eldery peoples in usual days as well. And proposal of network construction for disabled people, based on the experience of CARD network in USA. | |||||||||
