| 内容記述 | This decision was one of the most important ones concerning the freedom of expression that the U.S. Supreme Court gave during the 2012 term. The point in dispute was the constitutionality of the Montana State Law that restricted independent political expenditures by corporations.Depending on its 2010 decision on the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission Case, the Supreme Court held that the Montana State Law was unconstitutional, showing that the decision on the Citizens United Case should be applied to State Laws.In this note, we shall first describe the Citizens United Decision, and then investigate on the significance of this decision. | |||||||||
