If the Roman alphabet is used to write the nai-form of Japanese verbs, structures, such as relation between the stem of a word and the ending, will become intelligible. Some examples are as follows: Group I, \"kak-anai \" [do not write]; Group II, \"tabe-nai \" [do not eat]; Group III, \"s-inai \" [do not do] and \"k-onai \" [do not come]. This paper explains the \"Nai-form Song \" which was created (lyrics and composition) in July 2013 as music teaching material for Japanese language education. The expressions of Group I nai-form verbs are shown in verse 1, Group II and III verbs in verse 2. Students' understanding of nai-form can be checked via Quiz 1 in the teaching materials. Quiz 2 is a check in which learners insert words into lyrics and sing what they and the 3rd person do not do.
