| 内容記述 | [Abstract] Cress has excellent characteristics of texture and hot taste. However, rare cress has severe bitter taste to eat. So it needs to knead for exclusion of scum after salting. Local union members perform this operation manually at present, and it is hard work because kneading motion needs much power and sharp smell hurts eyes. In order to solve this problem, this research develops the automatic kneading machine to exclusion of scum from cress. In former report, we developed the first proto-type automatic kneading machine that makes mimic motion toward expert. But we found some damages to leaf and stem given by excessive shear force produced by fore-back motion. Therefore we plotted out the second proto-type and developed. The different point of this machine is employing the passively rotating roller so as to eliminate excessive shear forces. As a result, we found the machine can reproduce the effects of the hand kneading performance under the certain conditions. | |||||||||||||||||||||
