| 内容記述 | [Abstract] One year has passed since the citizen judge system was adopted. Though many problems were pointed out before the system was adopted, the results of the current survey indicate that over 90％ of the people who have served as citizen judges answered that "It was nice to participate in it". This report, based on the discussions at the time when the system was adopted, points out the role citizens are required to play in a citizen judge trial. | |||||||||
