| 内容記述 | To build an environmentally-friendly community, individuals are expected to hold environmental awareness and to exert environmental actions as well. However, individual environmental awareness does not necessarily lead to his/her environmental actions. What kinds of factors are in the way of such a linkage？ This paper examines those factors particularly from the viewpoint of reciprocal actions between individuals in a community. Firstly, an eco-community model based on a multi-agent approach is constructed. Then, for each of the four different types of artificially constructed communities simulations are made to investigate how long it takes for each of them to become an environmentally-friendly community where all of individuals hold environmental awareness and exert environmental actions. Simulation results show that the factors, which influence reciprocal actions between individuals, such as population density, interexchange among individuals, and influence by individuals with strong commitment to environmental actions on other individuals with weak or no commitment to environmental actions, affect the building of an environmentally-friendly community. | |||||||||
