| 内容記述 | [Abstract] This article considers a method to make score certificates and some other similar documents in a school, where the curriculum is changed almost yearly. The method pays attention to reducing the time spent adapting to the annual curriculum changes. This document shows an example of such a system, working in Kinki University Technical College since April 2007. It has a sophisticated EXCEL database that stores various types of inputs, such as information on students, courses, subjects and scores. This database is properly normalized to avoid data duplication and, as a result, to ease renewing input data. Then, this system adopts EXCEL VBA programming language, which makes all types of related documents automatically. When the curriculum is changed, although we have to renew minimum data on the database, we do not have to change the program at all. | |||||||||
