| 内容記述 | [要旨] 2013年3月15日, 安倍首相がTPP 交渉に正式に参加することを表明し, 同年4月25日に正式に既参加国から承認され, 同年７月から日本は12カ国目の参加国としてTPP 交渉に正式参加したが, 2014年12月31日現在, TPP は合意を得ていない. 医療・医薬品分野に関して, TPP 参加が日本国民にとり不利益をもたらすものであるとの研究がほとんどを占めており, TPP 参加が日本にとって有益あるいは問題がないとしている先行研究は, 筆者の知る限り皆無である. そこで, 本稿においては, 国民生活に重大な影響を及ぼす医療関係に対して, TPP 参加がどのような影響を与えるのかについて再考するものである. [Abstract] On March15, 2013, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe officially announced Japan's participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership （TPP） free trade negotiations and from July 2013, Japan became the twelfth country to officially take part in the TPP free negotiations. However, as of December 31, 2014, an agreement has not yet been reached. Almost all the studies being conducted in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors indicate that Japan's participation in the TPP would hurt the Japanese people. In fact, I'm not aware of any studies that show Japan's participation in the TPP would benefit the Japanese people. As such, this article re-examines how Japan's participation in TPP trade negotiations will impact the medical industry, which greatly affects the lives of the Japanese people. |
