| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿の目的は, 電力産業の規制改革の効果について実証分析を行った結果をサーベイすることである. 世界各国で電力産業の規制改革が行われ,改革による費用, 生産性, 効率性, 電力料金への影響が多くの研究者によって分析されてきた. これらの分析結果のうち, ２０００年代に海外学術雑誌に公刊された研究についてサーベイする. 本稿で注目する規制改革とは, 所有形態の改革（民営化）, アンバンドリング（発送電分離）, 卸電力市場の設置, 参入自由化と競争導入である. [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to survey empirical results on effects of regulatory reforms in electricity industry. A lot of researchers have examined how regulatory reforms in electric power sector influence cost, productivity, efficiency, electricity prices and so on. We focus on findings published in international journals in the 2000s. Regulatory reforms that we pointed out in this paper are follows: privatization, unbundling, introduction of a wholesale electric power spot market, entry liberalization and competition introduction. |
