| 内容記述 | [概要] 最近, TTIPやTPP などの新しい通商政策への見直しを迫られている状況ではあるが, 韓 EU FTA は締結後３年目を迎えることになり, その関税障壁の撤廃は進んでいる. 韓国では, 韓 EU FTA による EU への輸出拡大に期待が高まっていたが, FTA 発効以降, 韓国の対 EU 輸出は増大せず, 黒字基調だった貿易収支は縮小している. 本稿では, 韓 EU FTA 発効以降の効果と対 EU 輸出を減少させている要因を焦点として検討する. [Abstract] New commerce policies such as TTIP and TPP are reviewed recently, Korea-EU FTA was the third year after the conclusion, and the duty abolition effect appears recently. In Korea, expectation was sublimed about export expansion to EU by Korea-EU FTA, after the FTA effect, the export to EU does not increase, and the balance of trade which was surplus reduces. In this report, I examine the factors decreasing the export to EU after Korea-EU FTA effect as a focus. |
