| 内容記述 | [概要] 『組織論」が出版された1920年に, 論文「組織」と「一般組織法則」は公開された。 そこには, 組織の一般法則ではなくて, 経営組織法則を検討しようとする,ニックリッシュの研究姿勢が顕著に認められる。 彼は, 欲求の充足を目指す生産プロセスを, 技術上の観点のみではなくて, 部分と全体, つまり, 企業と経済の間で, 経済上で条件付けられた, 価値の流れとして考察した。 そこには, ニックリッシュが, 経営経済学者として, 経営活動, 資本の循環に取り組む研究姿勢が読み取れる。 なお, 「資本の循環を捉える時, ニックリッシュが, 「対価」という概念を導入して, 2つの価値の流れから構成される対向運動として捉えていることは, 注目されるべきである。 [abstract] In this treatise, we make a study of two writings by which Nicklisch, H. made in 1920, after he published The Theory of Organization, in German "Der Wegaufwarts! Organisation, Versuch einer Grundlegung, Stuttgart 1920." In his writing "Organization" in German "Organisations" and his writing "The Principles for Common Organization, in German" die groBen Organisationsgesetze," he studied not the Principles for Common Organization, but the Principles for Business Organization. He did not take technical viewpoint, but economical viewpoint, when he see the process in production to meet demands. So he can depict this processes as the flow of value between parts and the whole or between firms and total economy. In these writings, we traced his approach to business process and the flow of value upon viewpoints from the business economist. We studied that he looked at the circulation of capital in the two opposite directions by makining the definition of equivalent value. |
