| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿は Kohler, T. : Selbstfinanzierung der Unternehmung, Dusseldorf 1932を中心にした, 大戦間でのドイツの自己金融論の学説史研究である。 ここで, 本稿の概要を述べれば, まず, ケラーが自己金融を自己資本調達よりも狭く解釈していることを明らかにする。 次に, 経済実践での自己金融の根拠を模索し, 自己金融の手法と方法について言及する。 そして, 自己金融の国民経済上の効果を, 配当政策と資本の誤配から, 検討する。【Abstract】 This treatise is a theoretical study on the German self-financing proposed between World Wars including "Kohler, T. : Selbstfinanzierung der Unternehmung, Dusseldorf 1932." On the first place, this treatise studies the difference between the narrow concept of self-financing (Selbstfinanzierung) and the notions what shows business actions, that is proposed by the meaning of word "finance by equity capital (Eigenfinanzierung)". On the second place, this treatise considers the economical events, to clear what is made under the so-called self-financing and its methods. On the third place, this treatise analyzes the national economic effects, that business actions have under the dividend-policy and so-called misinvestment of capital. | |||||||||
