| 内容記述 | 【概要】本資料は, メルボルン大学の経済商業学部『大学院ハンドブック2004』に収録されているメルボルン大学の研究行為規準を翻訳したものである。 それは, 修士論文のガイドライン, 実務規準, 研究行為規準の三つから構成されている。 研究者の倫理行為に関する基準を含めた研究行為規準は, 知的財産管理の重要性が高まった今日の状況において, 大学における知的財産管理を担う規定の基礎を形成する重要なものであるといえる。 同時に, それは学問の健全な発展の基礎をなすものである。【Abstract】 This article is a Japanese translation of "Code of Conduct for Research" issued by The University of Melbourne. The purpose of this code is to prevent academic researchers from making misconduct. Contents of that code could surely be useful for those who do not have such code at own universities because academic misconduct is becoming a big issue in Japan in conjunction with not only matters such as fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism but also management of intellectual property. | |||||||||
