| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿は, 大学における知的財産管理の意義と方法を検討したものである。研究成果としての知識の蓄積には発明や特許が含まれることを考えると, ある学問領域に構築された知識の体系は, まさに知的財産であるとみなすことができる。本稿は, 学問の健全な発展を阻害するアカデミック・ミスコンダクトの問題を知的財産管理という側面からとらえ, 海外の諸大学におけるアカデミック・ミスコンダクトの調査手続のサーベイを通じて, ミスコンダクトを防止するための方法を検討している。【Abstract】This paper examines significance and procedures of management for intellectual property in universities. As findings of a research referred as a system of knowledge include invention and patents, outcome of a research can be characterized as intellectual property. Management of intellectual property is one of the most important factor for a sound development of science. In that sense, academic misconduct to hinder development of science should be prevented from its occurrence by adapting procedures of allegation consisting of inquiry and investigation. | |||||||||
