| 内容記述 | 【要約】本稿は, 企業におけるIT活用の第一ステップであり, かつITの有用性を経営に説明する重要な手段である「情報システム戦略」の立案のアプローチについて, 筆者が実際に適用した二つのアプローチを記述する。そのうえで, 考慮すべき比較視点に基づき両者を比較し, 経営に貢献するITの利用を促進するための適用上のガイドラインを提示する。 【Abstract】 The business computer systems strategies is the first step of effective use of Information Technologies (IT) for any business firms, and an effective tool for convincing the management how IT contributes for the company's business strategies. The paper describes two planning approaches to prepare the business computer systems strategies, which the author has actually used for specific companies. Then, they are being compared based upon a series of criteria, and a useful set of guidelines for effective use of two approaches are being proposed for the readers, who may use either approaches. |
