| 内容記述 | 【概要】組織において人が重要な経営資源であることは言を待たない。組織を形成し, 維持発展させ, 組織目標に向かって活動を実践するのは組織の構成員一人ひとりである。そして厳密に言えば, これらを成立させているのは, それら諸個人の行動であり, その行動を規定する態度であると言えるであろう。本稿ではHRMと組織構成員の態度との関係について検討を行う。 【Abstract】 It comes near to stating the obvious that human resource is vital for the organizational management. It is each and every member that builds and develops the organization, and plays an active role toward the organization goal. More specifically, what establishes the organization is every member's behavior as well as attitude that governs his behavior. In this paper, we study on the relationship between HRM and the member's attitude in the organization. |
