However, Japan and United States differ significantly in terms of company scientist/engineer turnover. Quite different organizational approaches might be taken even though pursuing the same strategy. So, I analyze how organization tradition relating to new product development differs between Japanese companies and U. S. companies, pursuing each strategy. And, I analyze how style of overseas product development differs, due to such a difference in organization tradition, between Japanese companies and U.
