| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本稿のねらいは, ニックリッシュが「価値の流れ」の検討により, 経営経済学の体系化に努力した過程を明らかにすることにある。 ニックリッシュは, 1912年の『一般商事経営学』から「資産の組織」(Organisation des Vermogen)を研究課題にしていたが, 1922年の第5版として出版された『経済的経営学』で「労働の組織」(Organisation der Arbeit)を新たに追加して検討することにより, 企業内での「価値の流れ」(FluΒ der Wert)を明らかにしようと試みた。そこには, 『一般商事経営学』において, たとえば, 資本と資産の関係を検討するとき, モノとカネの動き, つまり, 「価値の運動」(Bewegung der Wert)として, 貸借対照表上で把握しようとされていたが, ヒトを加えることにより, モノとカネとヒトの動き, つまり, 「価値の流れ」(FluΒ der Wert)とみなせば, 貸借対照表上では把握できないものと認識せざるをえないというニックリッシュの認識の変化が存在するとわれわれは考える。 なお, 本稿では, 1922年に第5版として出版された, 『経済的経営学』の章組に即して, (第4章)労働の組織, (第5章)資産の組織, (第6章)価値の流れを中心にして検討する。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we paved the way to formulate a systematic theory of business economy by clearly studying the value network of the company. He seemingly finished his research on the organization of assets by 1912. Our study asserts that he later added research on the organization, to make the value network clearer. In general commercial business theory, he understood the ideas behind exchange and cash flow of values by utilizing balance sheets, when he made the connections between assets and capital. But he could not see the change between products, cash and manpower depicted as the flow of value on balance sheets, when he connected manpower with the company. So, he had to arrange his approach as the Theory of Economic Business. In this treatise, we first traced his process in organizing his work. Second, we studied the organization of assets. Third, we looked at the flow of value. |
