| 内容記述 | [概要] 「キャリアデザイン」の授業では, 受講生に身近な人へ「キャリアや人生の転機」をインタビューさせている。 さらにその結果を教材にして, 「キャリアの節目を考える」ことにしている。 学生にインタビュー結果を一覧させ, その中から共感した事例とその理由を問うのである。 こうして蓄積されたデータを基に, 事例とそれに対する学生の反応を1セットにし, 教育モデルの提案を試みた。 本研究の教育モデルは, 学生が稚拙な考え方を残すキャリアの3つの領域において, 4セットを段階的に提示していくものである。 その際, 未熟な判断基準から成熟した判断基準までを提示した。 今後, データ蓄積とともに教育モデルの精度向上と, 活用範囲の拡大も考えられる。 [Abstract] In the Career Design Class, students are asked to conduct interviews of people around them regarding their experiences of career and life transformations. I use student outcomes as a teaching tool to induce thinking about turning points of their own careers. Students are shown cumulative class results and are asked to choose cases for which they feel empathy and to explain the reasons for their empathy. Based on the accumulated data collected as described and by pairing the cases with students' reactions, I am attempting to present a new education model. The education model of this research outlines four such pairings step-by-step in three areas relating to career decisions in which students are unable to shed poor judgment in their decision-making. I include both immature as well as mature judgment standards. In the future, improvements in the model7's precision and a widening of its application are expected as more data is accumulated. |
