| 内容記述 | [概要] キャリア形成というと, その主体はいわゆる健常者, 障がいのない人を前提として語られることが多いように思われる。 しかしながら, 障がいのあるなしにかかわらず, 働く, キャリアを形成していくことは全ての人にとって権利であり責任でもあるという点に立って考えてみた時, 障がいのある人, 障がい者をどのように捉えるべきか, そのキャリアをどのように考えるべきか, 検討しなければならないところのものであると思われる。 また, 障がい者, 健常者は常に障がい者, 健常者ではない。 障がい者は健常者になる可能性も,健常者から障がい者になる可能性もある。 その「人」は変わる。 このことをキャリア形成において, どのように理解したらよいのか, 本稿は障がい, 障がい者といわゆるキャリアとの関連における問題提起を試みるものである。 [Abstract] While the importance of career education is becoming increasingly recognized across all types of educational institutions, such career education and general career design and formation are typically discussed based on the assumption that the targets are people without disabilities. However, career formation and work are the rights and responsibilities of all people, regardless of their disabled or non-disabled status. Investigation is required regarding how to perceive people with disabilities and their careers. Furthermore, disability status can change as people with disabilities become non-disabled and people without disabilities become disabled; namely, the " person" changes. Understanding these changes is an issue for career formation. This manuscript presents issues regarding the relationship between" career" and disabilities and people with disabilities. |
