| 内容記述 | [概要]エネルギーの効率的な利用と再生可能なエネルギーの導入は, 資源の枯渇への対策や地球環境の保全に非常に重要である。 再生可能エネルギーが経済に与える効果についての分析としては, 石油エネルギーに代替することで削減されるCO_2量を求め,環境悪化によって生じる費用の削減や環境改善の効果について分析したものが知られているが, 再生可能エネルギーが生産活動にどの程度貢献しているのか等, 具体的に生産力効果を計測したものは多くはない。 本稿では, 日本における再生可能エネルギーの資本ストックが生産活動にどの程度貢献しているかについて,生産関数を推計し求めている。 その結果, 再生可能資本ストックの貢献分を示す係数0.036, それ以外の社会資本ストックの貢献分0.204, 民間資本の貢献分0.360を得た。 [Abstract] The effective use and introduction of the renewable energy are very important for measures to the drying up of resources and maintenance of a global environment. As analysis of the effect which renewable energy gives to economy, CO_2 quantity are reduced by substituting renewable energy for oil energy is known, and the reduction of cost which are produced according to environmental aggravation and effect of an environmental improvement have the influence on regional economy. But there are not many things which measured a production effect concretely whether renewable energy is for how much to contribute to production activity. I estimate a production function how a capital stock of renewable energy contributes to production activity in Japan. As a result, I got coefficient 0.036 for contribution of renewable energy capital stock, 0.360 for contribution of private capital, for 0.204 contribution of the social capital stock. |
